CASTINE — Maine Maritime Academy recently named 303 students to their dean’s list for outstanding academic achievement in the first semester of the 2013-14 academic year.
Students named to the dean’s list earn a grade point average of 3.3 or above on a 4.0 scale. Local students making the list include: Washburn — Kyle Huston, from the Class of 2015, majoring in international business and logistics; Fort Fairfield — William Weissman, a member of the Class of 2016, majoring in marine transportation operations; and Presque Isle — Corey Willette, Class of 2017, majoring in marine systems engineering.
