Nachole M. Condon, 30, Mars Hill: negotiating a worthless instrument, 14 days in jail and $915.45 restitution.
Donald P. Cormier, 48, Waltham, Mass.: operating snowmobile on plowed road, $100 fine.
Stephen B. Cummings, 45, Old Town: assault, filed on unspecified costs.
Christopher Daly, 19, Presque Isle: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Stephen D. Dyer, 35, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
Gerald J. English, 59, Glover, Vt.: rule violation, property vehicle 14-hour rule, $250 fine.
Jeffrey L. Farley, 48, Presque Isle: probation violation, probation revoked.
