Hamlin girl bags bull moose

Kaila Roy, right, and her brother, Koby, stand with the small bull moose she shot at 6:44 a.m. on Sept. 28 in Hamlin.

She was the permit holder and her brother was the subpermittee. The moose weighed 457 pounds. Their parents are Cory and Laura Searles of Hamlin.
