Fort Kent remains in first place with win over Hodgdon

FORT KENT, Maine – The Fort Kent Warrior boys maintained their first place position in the Class C North standings with a decisive 59-35 win over Hodgdon on Tuesday.

Fort Kent moved to 8-1 on the season with the home court win, while No. 10 Hodgdon dropped to 4-5 on the year.

For the second time this season all but one player scored from the Warriors’ 11-man bench. Ethan Daigle banked 17 points followed by Tyler Ryder with 10. Lance Gagnon and Ethan Raymond chipped in eight points each. 

The Hawks were down two starters as Walker Oliver and Oisin Gardner were both out with injuries. Drew Duttweiler led the Hawks with a game high 19 points. Caleb Tuttle contributed nine points and Brody Little added another five.

Fort Kent led 11-6, 32-10, and 48-18 at the quarter breaks.
