The Mapleton Daze Committee will host their annual Fall Craft and Vendor Fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11, at Mapleton Elementary School.
This fair will be just in time for Halloween, Thanksgiving and upcoming holiday shopping.
To enter the school and the fair, go through the school’s main entrance doors. Crafters and vendors will be set up throughout the school, including in the gym, hallways and cafeteria. They will have lots of crafted items for sale.

Readers are invited to come and support the tri-community area of Castle Hill, Chapman and Mapleton and its local crafters. The Mapleton Daze Committee will also sell goodies, with proceeds going towards Mapleton Daze in June 2026.
All are welcome to come by, shop and visit with friends and neighbors.
Hunters breakfast
The Mapleton Daze Committee is also planning its third annual hunters breakfast. The meal will be held from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, at the Lions Hall.
The menu will consist of a breakfast buffet filled with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, homemade baked beans, pancakes, toast, coffee, juice and water — enough to fill you up for the big hunt that day. All hunters and non-hunters are invited to come for breakfast.
