The championship event, also known as the California International Marathon, drew a field of 7,288 runners and Guerrette finished 352nd overall and 53rd among the 62 elite women’s finishers.

She also finished 73rd among the 3,420 women overall in the field.

The 37-year-old Guerrette ran at a 6:27 pace for the 26.2-mile distance, with splits of 38:10 for 10 kilometers, 1:21:27 for a half-marathon and 2:06:17 for 20 miles amid temperatures in the upper 50s.
