Pancsofar’s wants to help make

special occasions memorable ones

    PRESQUE ISLE — There is one guiding goal that motivates the staff at Pancsofar’s Bridal Boutique, and that is that every customer would have an experience they cherish forever.

   Owner Courtney Wetzel states, “Selling formal wear means we have an opportunity to interact with people during a very special period in their lives. Some have dreamed of buying their prom dress or wedding gown for years. We won’t let them down.”
    Wetzel recognizes that many things play into creating this experience, whether it is the physical surroundings of the customer, the technology in place, or the way their consultant interacts with them. 
    “We have given the store a facelift that tells our visitors, ‘We care about you, and you should have a stylish, comfortable atmosphere to shop in,’” Wetzel says.
    Significant investments have also been made to give the store the best in technology to serve its customers. The software implemented handles email communication with brides, keeping a registry of what prom dresses are being worn to which schools, and even a history of what each customer has tried on, just to name a few functions.
    The real difference, Wetzel says, is their staff. “We have visitors coming from all over New Brunswick and Maine simply because we treat people differently,” she states. “We genuinely want to help, and will most likely become a friend in the process.”
    It is that relationship that keeps people coming back, and bringing their friends with them.
    Business hours are from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and Friday, and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday. The shop is also open Sundays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
