OPERATION LOVE & HUGS — Hand-made cards and lots of Hershey’s kisses and hugs were packed into care packages and mailed off by SOAR members to local troops in time for Valentine’s Day. SOAR Operation: Love and Hugs had several generous supporters who helped make this project a success.  Maj. Bob Fields (ret.) and many students from schools in his community and our local Wal-Mart. Shown in the picture above are Maj. Robbie McIntosh, Peg Luciani and Marilyn Sjoberg.
