HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.
Melissa Beaulieu, 27, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.
Robert A. Beaulieu, 42, Lincoln: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 restitution.
Darlene Brown, 27, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one year probation.
Michael D. Burton, 42, Windham: operating under the influence, prior, $900 fine, 10 days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
Kimberly Joan Estes, 37, Limington: operating vehicle without license, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors and stealing drugs, dismissed (each).
Crystal L. Fitzpatrick, 37, Houlton: probation violation, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.
Joshua Ford, 26, Littleton: criminal mischief and aggravated criminal trespass, unconditional discharge (each); aggravated assault, 18 months in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation; criminal trespass, assault and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
Ronald D. Lewis, 23, Littleton: probation violation, 30 months in prison, probation revoked.
Adam McGary, 42, Linneus: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one year probation; and domestic violence criminal threatening, 30 days in jail.
Shawn M. Michaud, 28, Stacyville: probation violation, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.
Todd S. Shaw, 37, Patten: probation violation, 24 months in prison, probation revoked; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 24 months in prison.
Jeremiah Sico, 33, Oakfield: assault, $300 fine and 150 days in jail.
William M. Wise, 44, East Millinocket: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 24 months in prison and probation revoked.
