The newly formed Downtown Committee continues its efforts and will meet again Monday, Aug. 3, at 6 p.m. at the Houlton Higher Education Center. The last meeting involved a video conference session with the executive director of the Main Street Skowhegan program to get ideas and ask questions.
At the session Monday, the group will review ideas developed at their first meeting and will prioritize and categorize its short-term, mid-term and long-term goals.
