Aroostook Internet and Netherland Office Products buys SJV Wireless and Dial-Up customers and tower

    Since 1995, Aroostook Internet has been providing reliable Internet service, along with some of the best customer service in the industry. Its teams of professionals are ready to assist customer needs, covering as far north as Fort Kent and Madawaska and as far south as Bangor. Services offered include computer and copier sales and service, in-store and on-location IT services, office supplies, Web site design and hosting, and brochure / business card design and printing.     As of July 1, 2009, Aroostook Internet will expand its wireless Internet coverage to reach the farthest points of Aroostook County. SJV Wireless, Inc., of Fort Kent, has entered into an agreement with Aroostook Internet of Presque Isle to take over the servicing of SJV’s wireless and dial-up customers. SJV Wireless, Inc., and Aroostook Internet are working hard to ensure that the needs of the customers affected by the transition are being taken care of in the best way possible, while continuing to provide our current customers with superior technical support that they have come to expect.
    If you currently have a Web site hosted by SJV Wireless, it will be un-affected by the transition. SJV Wireless will continue to maintain and host your Web site. All customers will be offered a new e-mail address with Aroostook Internet as part of the transition to the new network. On a case-by-case basis, SJV Wireless customers will be able to maintain their existing e-mail address for a limited time to help with the transition.
    SJV Wireless, Inc., will continue to operate as ComputerOne in Fort Kent, where the primary focus will be computer repair, sales and service.
