PRESQUE ISLE — The Presque Isle Kiwanis Club had a bit of fun on St. Patrick’s Day, with members learning a bit more about each other as they enjoyed their luncheon meeting.
A new activity allowed members to share a bit about themselves, while learning some fun facts about others in the club.
“It was called Fun Facts About Club Members. I designed a booklet with information about every member, adding in a few fun facts about each that they provided us,” said Susan Watson, club secretary.
Watson said she and co-chair Deirdre McMahon worked together on the project and that all who took part had a good time.
“The members loved the project and we had a great group of members,” said Watson.
Those who attended the gathering also had the opportunity to win prizes.
“We gave out door prizes and a St. Patrick’s Day basket,” said Watson.
