The Aroostook Hospice Foundation proudly hosted its 13th Annual Golf Classic on Saturday, June 20 at the Presque Isle Country Club, raising approximately $96,000 to support the Aroostook House of Comfort.
Presque Isle Elks, Lodge #1954, will be hosting the 19th annual July 4th Community Celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m at Riverside Drive on the Saturday holiday.
Dirigo Reads, a program that aims to put a book in the hands of every Maine first grader each month during the school year, is partnering with Governor’s Restaurant and Bakery to celebrate the end of the school year with new books for kids.
