Pumpkins are everywhere! I see pumpkins on lawns, front steps, and in one memorable visit, a hillside full of pumpkins. When my kids were small, we carved pumpkins for Halloween.

mentioned a couple of columns back that the cooler weather is here. Well, you wouldn’t know that with the exceptional weather we had this past weekend! Our family went picking apples at our favorite U-Pick orchard and have plans to put down as many as we can for winter.
