DISTRICT COURT

    The following cases were administered by Presque Isle District Court Nov. 1-30, 2006.
    Travis McDonald, 20, of Presque Isle, assault and criminal mischief. First charge fined $300. Second charge fined $200 and $184.85 restitution.
    James H. Michaud, Jr., 20, of Fort Fairfield, assault. Sixty days in jail and two years probation.
    John W. Morton, 64, of Madison, Conn., driving deer. Fined $200.
    Samantha Mullen, 25, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Paul D. Munson, 32, of Presque Isle, indecent conduct and refusing to sign a criminal summons. Sentenced to 50 hours of community service for each charge.
    Francis Anthony Murray, 32, of Mars Hill, operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and operating after habitual offender revocation. First charge fined $500 and license suspended 90 days. Second charge fined $400. Third charge fined $500 and 30 days in jail (stayed.)
    Rebecca Nersessian, 20, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked (prior). Fined $500.
    Andrew S. Newsom, 20, of Barton, Vt., minor transporting liquor. Fined $100 and license suspended 30 days.
    Carl E. Nightingale, 69, of Presque Isle, operating an unregistered ATV. Fined $100.
    Jeremy O’Clair, 24, of Ashland, violating a fishing rule. Fined $100.
    Timothy J. O’Neill, 19, of Ellsworth, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle. Fined $100.
    Walter E. Osgood, 56, of Easton, OUI. Find $500, 48 hours in jail (stayed) and license suspended 90 days.
    Jamie Owens, 25, of Fort Fairfield, false public alarm or report. Fined $300.
    Don Parker, 42, of Freeport, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle. Fined $200.
    James L. Parlin, 33, of Presque Isle, failing to make oral or written accident report and violating condition of release. Sentenced to seven days in jail on each charge.
    Aaron B. Pelletier, 23, of Westfield, criminal trespass. Fined $350.
    Andrew C. Pelletier, 20, of Presque Isle, OUI. Fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.
    Lisa Perry, 43, of Fort Fairfield, keeping an unlicensed dog and allowing a dog to be at large. Fined $100 on each charge.
    Nicholas Prescott, 26, of Washburn, theft by unauthorized use of property. Fined $250 and $939.99 restitution.
    Angelena C. Quirion, 24, of Fort Fairfield, violating condition of release. Fined $200 and 48 hours in jail.
    Susan M. Renkiewicz, 51, of Fort Fairfield, two counts of operating a vehicle without a license. Both charges dismissed.
    Laurie A. Ridlon, 44, of Poland, overtime parking. Fined $75.
    David L. Riopelle, 28, of Mars Hill, operating a vehicle without a license. Fined $400 and 50 hours community service.
    Benjamin E. Robbins, 20, of Presque Isle, minor possessing liquor. Fined $300.
    Randy E. Robbins, 47, of Mapleton, attaching false plates. Fined $100.
    Belinda L. Sabine, 47, of Madison, OUI. Fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.
    Brian Saunders, 24, of Presque Isle, attaching false plates and operating while license suspended or revoked. First charge fined $200. Second charge fined $350.
    Albert S. Sloan, 77, of Presque Isle, failing to make oral or written accident report. Filed at costs of $400.
    David W. Sloan, Jr., 25, of Presque Isle, violating a protective order. Fined $350.
    Edward C. Spence II, 21, of Fort Fairfield, attaching false plates. Fined $100.
    William M. Sullivan, 44, of Presque Isle, littering. Fined $100.
    Kristin Tilley, 18, of Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery. First charge five days in jail and $995 restitution. Second charge five days in jail.
    Dylan Tompkins, 18, of Blaine, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, OUI, theft by unauthorized use of property and operating while license suspended or revoked. First charge fined $400. Second charge fined $500 and license suspended 90 days. Third charge five days in jail (stayed.) Fourth charge fined $250.
    Stephen Tracy, 40, of Mars Hill, violating condition of release. Dismissed.
    Bobby R. Trotter, 48, of Lisbon Falls, fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size. Fined $550.
    Jimmy D. Trotter, Jr., 27, of Presque Isle, assault, violating condition of release and violating a protective order. First charge fined $300 and sentenced to 120 days in jail on each charge.
    Brian K. Turcotte, 29, of Fort Fairfield, violating condition of release. Fined $250 and 24 hours in jail.
    Christopher C. Turner, 31, of Presque Isle, operating an unregistered ATV. Fined $100.
    Christopher Tuttle, 27, of Presque Isle, allowing a dog to be at large. Fined $100.
    Jessica Twitchell, 19, of Greenbush, possession of marijuana. Fined $350.
    Edward P. Vanderlofske, 43, of Masardis, hunting without a valid license. Fined $100.
    Donald R. Venuti, 47, of Killingsworth, Conn., driving deer. Fined $200.
