DISTRICT COURT

    The following cases were administered by Presque Isle District Court Dec. 1-31, 2006.
     Herbert M. Adams III, 47, of Presque Isle, assault and obstructing government administration. Sentenced to 120 days in jail on each charge.
    Ruth L. Adams, 42, of Caribou, operating under the influence. Fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.
    Jennifer D. Austin, 23, of Caribou, two counts of criminal trespass. First charge fined $100. Second charge fined $200.
    Mark W. Bangs, 24, of Taunton, Mass., driving deer. Fined $200.
    Adam L. Barker, 19, of Mapleton, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over posted speed limit. Fined $400 and license suspended 30 days.
    John F. Bartlett, 35, of Presque Isle, violating condition of release. Thirty days in jail.
    Eric S. Brigman, 36, of Easton, OUI, operating after registration suspended and violating condition of release. First charge fined $700, 48 hours in jail and license suspended one year. Second charge dismissed. Third charge 48 hours in jail.
    Allen Brown, 21, of Presque Isle, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Filed at costs of $250.
    Nicole S. Bull, 20, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    William Caleca, 19, of Monroe, N.Y., OUI. Fined $800 and license suspended 90 days.
    Debra Carr, 51, of Mars Hill, operating while license suspended or revoked. Dismissed.
    Joy A. Charette, 39, of Fort Fairfield, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor. Filed at costs of $500.
    Marnie W. Clifford, 29, of East Sandwich, Mass., attaching false plates, OUI (one prior conviction) and operating while license suspended or revoked. First charge fined $150. Second charge fined $700, 30 days in jail and license suspended 18 months. Third charge fined $500.
    Darren R. Condon, 36, of Fort Fairfield, failure to timely register bear, deer, moose or turkey. Fined $300.
    David W. Cook, 42, of Presque Isle, OUI (one prior conviction), operating an ATV under the influence and operating an unregistered ATV. First charge dismissed. Second charge fined $500 and 48 hours in jail. Third charge fined $100.
    Jason Corey, 22, of Caribou, OUI. Fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.
    Kevin W. Couture, 39, of Presque Isle, criminal trespass and unlawfully shooting or discharging a firearm or crossbow. First charge fined $200. Second charge fined $150.
