McNamara, Phyllis, 81, died March 3, 2007 in Texas.
Ashland and Wallingford, CT – Phyllis (Robinson) McNamara, age 81, passed away in Texas on March 3, 2007. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles P. McNamara, Sr. Born in Ashland the daughter of the late Thomas and Esther Robinson, she grew up in Ashland but lived many years in Wallingford before going to Texas.
She is survived by her daughter Sherry of Virginia; her sons Michael of Texas and Charles, Jr., Mark of Conn. Along with many grandchildren; a great-grandchild; also several sister and brother in-laws; numerous nieces and nephews.
She will always be remembered for her love of family, her laugh, card games, the love of travel and most of all her love of the Ashland area.
Services took place in Wallingford on March 9, 2007, with Interment next to her husband Charles at the Veterans Cemetery in Middletown, CT. Gifts in her memory may be sent to the Odyssey Hospice Care, 13431 Blanco Rd., San Antonio, TX 78216.
