PHYLLIS M. GIGGIE – Presque Isle – Phyllis M. Giggie, 86, died January 19, 2007 at Presque Isle. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2007 at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle with Rev. Kevin Kierstead officiating. A committal service will follow at Crouseville Cemetery with the Rev. John Palmer officiating. Flowers are welcome. Arrangements in the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home.
PRESQUE ISLE – Phyllis M. Giggie, 86, died January 19, 2007 at a Presque Isle health-care facility. She was born August 25, 1920 in Limestone, the daughter of Elbridge and Hannah (Doody) Giggie.
She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Presque Isle, a member of the Red Hat Society and loved playing Bingo.
She is survived by two sisters, Althea Walker and her husband Bill of California and Elida Reed of York; a special Aunt, Nora Wilder of Presque Isle and a sister-in-law Marjorie Giggie of Caribou; several nieces and nephews. A special Thank You to Herman Doody and Carol White of Washburn for the loving care and support they gave her. She was predeceased by two sisters, Zella Giggie and Leila Fern Giggie; two brothers, Colie Giggie and Ralph Wayne Giggie and a special brother-in-law Elvis Reed.
Funeral services will be announced in May at which time flowers will be gratefully accepted. Arrangements in the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.
