Zachary Joseph Condon was born Sunday, July 8, 2007 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Zachary’s proud parents are Joseph Condon, who was born and raised in Presque Isle and Jessica Harland. The family resides in Salt Lake City. Zachary’s grandparents are Presque Isle locals Albert Condon and Cathy Donovan.
