      CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in the Aroostook Superior Court during the month of May, 2007:
    Gordon L. Pelletier, 47, of Hermon, theft by insurance deception and false public alarm or report. Not guilty on both charges.     Angelena C. Quirion, 25, of Fort Fairfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drug. Probation conditions amended.
    Patrick W. Rodgerson, 25, of Presque Isle, hindering apprehension or prosecution. Charge dismissed.
    Darlene J. Ruest, 38, of Presque Isle, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, obstructing report of crime, two counts violating condition of release, assault, two counts of OUI – 1 prior. Sentenced two years in jail, all but 150 days suspended, and one year probation for the first charge; 90 days in jail for the second charge; 60 days in jail for the third charge; fined $300 and sentenced 150 days in jail for the fourth charge; fined $700 and sentenced seven days in jail, and license suspended 18 months for fifth and sixth charges; and 60 days in jail for the seventh charge.
    Mark J. Saucier, 21, Fort Kent, probation violation. Sentenced 14 days in jail (stayed), probation partially revoked and probation terminated.
    Stephen S. Shaw, 55, Fort Fairfield, disorderly conduct. Charge filed without costs.
    Philip E. Sprague, Jr., 43, of Fort Fairfield, two counts violating condition of release, criminal trespass, two counts assault, terrorizing, assault, and operating after habitual offender revocation – 3 prior. Sentenced five days in jail for the first charge; fined $1,000 on second charge; 10 days in jail for the third charge; four months in jail for each of the fourth and fifth charges; 30 days in jail for the sixth charge; and two years in prison for the seventh charge.
    Eva J. Szillery, 41, of Orono, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property. Filed on $100 costs.
    Anthony Thompson, 53, of Caribou, illegal possession of firearm or crossbow and OUI – 1 prior. Sentenced 90 days in jail (stayed) for the first charge and fined $700, 364 days in jail, all but 90 days suspended (stayed), one year probation and license suspended for 18 months for the second charge.
    Jeremy Trotter, 20, of Woodland, unlawful possession of hydrocodone. Sentence amended.
