Laura Flagg and Kenneth Taylor of Fort Fairfield, and Sharon McCormack and William Cherry of Schoharie, N.Y., are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Hilary Flagg and Michael Cherry, both of Albany, N.Y. Hilary is a 2001 graduate of Fort Fairfield High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Elmira College in 2005 and is currently a graduate student at SUNY Albany.
Michael is a 2001 graduate of Schoharie High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Elmira College in 2005. He is a second-grade teacher at Brighter Choice Elementary School in Albany.
A summer 2008 wedding is planned.
