Join the “Healthy Through The Holidays” challenge! This 7-week challenge, beginning Nov. 19 and running through Jan. 2, encourages you to set healthy nutrition and physical activity goals throughout the Holidays.
Each week you will receive nutrition and fitness tips, as well as a weekly log to document your healthy choices and you will earn Challenge points for doing so. You can enter as an individual or a team of up to four members.
