MAPLETON – “All Things Bright and Beautiful,” a music-filled photography presentation by award-winning photographer Ron Laing, will be held on Dec. 16 at 6 p.m. at the Mapleton United Methodist Church. The event is a fund-raiser for youth in Africa. There is no charge but contributions would be appreciated, as all contributions and book or card sales will be used to help the school children to buy uniforms, state-required in the bush lands of Kenya, and to build more classrooms.
