The Houlton Parks and Recreation Department will be sponsoring a Vacation Fun program for youth in grades K–6.
The program will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day on Thursday, Dec. 27, Friday, Dec. 28, and Monday, Dec. 31. Parents may sign their children up for all three days or pick the days they want to attend. Activities will include tournaments, contests, crafts, games, and more.
Registrations are required as each day there is a limit of 30 children. Cost for the program is $5 per day per child.
To register, call the Houlton Recreation Department at 532-1310 by Dec. 21. Children attending the program Thursday and Friday will need to bring their own lunch. Pizza will be served on Monday. Children are asked to bring sneakers and wear play clothes to this activity.
