PRESQUE ISLE — The Aroostook County Action Program, Inc. (ACAP) board of directors recently honored 24 employees for achieving milestones of service to the agency.

ACAP Board of Directors Chairman Steve Richard, Executive Director Connie Sandstrom, along with other senior managers and fellow employees congratulated those who achieved milestones of service to the agency and commended them for their service and commitment to the people of Aroostook County.
An employee recognition event honored each employee with a lapel pin that designated their years of service.
Twenty-five year honorees were Mary Coffin and Donna Kenneson.
Serving the agency for 20 years were Jim Williams, Michael Jordan, Torry Eaton, Sherry LaFaver, Penny Horne and Alton Hedstrom.
Fifteen-year honorees were Kathy Williams and Bernadette Boulier.
Honored for 10 years were Catherine Bohls, Susan Roy, Jacqueline Putnam, Eileen Boucher, Becky Thomas, Carolyn Kimball, David Nadeau and Rachelle Roy.
Recognized for five years of service were Carol Bell, Linda Mountain, Lucy Morin, Karen Hardy, Donna Kingsbury and Kelly Wotton.
Celebrating 35 years of service, ACAP provides the people of Aroostook with services and programs in the areas of health, nutrition, child and family, energy and housing, and employment and training, and as a leader or in partnership with others, provides guidance to the community in responding to emerging human needs.
