    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook Superior Court in Caribou during the month of October 2007.
    Rodney J. Soucy Jr., 34, Van Buren: criminal threatening, dismissed.
    Walter P. Stewart, 46, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, $300 fine.     Matthew J. Stubes, 23, Caribou: probation violated, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
    Ashley M. Theriault, 22, Caribou: probation revoked, 24 months in jail, and probation partially revoked; operate after habitual offender revocation – prior, $1000 fine, and 24 months in jail; and failing to stop for officer, six months in jail.
    James Whitmore, 22, Washburn: OUI, $500 fine, and 90-license suspension.
    The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court in Caribou during the month of November 2007.
    John T. Bard, 29, Fort Kent: gross sexual assault, dismissed.
    David C. Boone, 26, Crystal: operating after habitual offender revocation – three prior, $1,000 fine, 18 months in jail; failure to give correct name, address or DOB, 30 days in jail.
    Daniel Bouchard, 36, Clair, N.B.: gross sexual assault, dismissed.
    Shannon M. Bragg, 28, Caribou: probation violation, seven days in jail and probation partially revoked and continued.
    Billyjack Curtis, 33, Ashland: probation violation, six months and 21 days in jail and probation partially revoked and continued.
    David P. Daigle, 30, New Canada: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in jail – all but 120 days suspended, three-year probation and $4,000 restitution; illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, four years in jail – all but 120 days suspended, three-year probation and $4,000 restitution; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Lucas D. Higgins, 20, Mapleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Kyle E. Lyford, 19, Presque Isle: theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.
    Nancy A. McBreairty, 39, Caribou: aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child, $500 fine and seven days in jail; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $375 fine.

    Marshall A. McManus, 36, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
    Michael P. Michaud, 36, Caribou: theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.
    Paul C. Morse Jr., 38, Lewiston: two counts of burglary, both dismissed; and operating after habitual offender revocation – prior, dismissed.
    Jill A. Nickerson, 19, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of hydromorphone, dismissed; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
