    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Caribou District Court during the month of February, 2008.
    Tyler D. Anderson, 26, Caribou; operating a snowmobile while under the influence, fined $500; disorderly conduct, loud, unreasonable noise, fined $150; operating an unregistered snowmobile, fined $100.     George Brantford, 67, St. John, N.B.; operating unregistered snowmobile, filed with costs of $50.
    Alfred Bridges, 64, St. John, N.B.; operating unregistered snowmobile, filed with costs of $50.
    Wendell Cheeseboro, 21, Limestone: assault, fined $300 and 24 hours in jail.
    Barry Churchill, 40, Fort Fairfield; criminal mischief, filed with costs of $200.
    Casey D. Clayton, 20, Caribou; violating condition of release, fined $200 and 96 hours in jail.
    Norman Clements, 65, St. John, N.B.; operating unregistered snow mobile, file with costs of $50.
    Melissa Cray, 22, Caribou; operating while license suspended or revoked, filed with costs of $125.
    Crown of Maine Sanitation, rule violation defective steer control component, fined $100.
    Daniel Durepo, 35, Limestone, operating under the influence, fined $500, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.
    Jamie Hebert, 35, Caribou; failing to make oral or written accident report, fined $400, license suspended 30 days.
    Jared Johnston, 29, Caribou; failing to make oral or written accident report, fined $400, license suspended 30 days.
    Bernice Layton, 45, Fort Fairfield; negotiating a worthless instrument, fined $150.
    Joseph Ivan Legere, 35, St. John, N.B.; operating unregistered snow mobile, filed with costs of $50.
    Roger Masse, 41, Limestone; rule violation, duty status not current, fined $250.
    Cory A. McBreairty, 27, Caribou; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, fined $500.
    John L. Morgan, 44, Connor Twp; parole violation, 10 days in jail, probation continued.
    Noah Mushero, 23, Caribou; endangering the welfare of a child, fined $500.
    Joseph N. Pare, 27, Winthrop; violating snowmobile noise level limits, fined $100.
    Jerry A. Paul II, 19, Presque Isle; operating while license suspended or revoked.
    Earl Rice, 62, St. John; operating unregistered snow mobile, filed with costs of $50.
    Scott Routhier, 28, Sidney; operating an unregistered snowmobile, fined $100.
