Grand Jury Report

    The Aroostook County grand jury recently completed its final two-day session of its one-year term, handing up 49 indictments against 48 persons.
    Among those indicted by the panel were:
    Timothy E. Quint Jr., 19, Hodgdon: aggravated criminal trespass, two counts assault, criminal threatening and violating conditions of release.
    Brent J. Shade, 25, Limestone: gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual touching and assault.
    Robert E. St. Peter Jr., 37, Presque Isle: violating conditions of release.
    Joshua D. Dunn, 20, Presque Isle: burglary, theft, criminal mischief and burglary of motor vehicle.
    Neil C. Gahagan, 25, Presque Isle: operating after revocation and violating conditions of release.
    Matthew Nelson, 44, Presque Isle: theft.
    Craig B. Walton, 23, Presque Isle: operating after revocation, criminal OUI, unauthorized use of property and violating conditions of release.
    Andrew C. McHatten, 30, Limestone: operating after revocation.
    Jeffrey A. Thibodeau, 32, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking.
    Jason J. Faggiole, 25, Easton: burglary and theft.
    Jason J. Davenport, 35, St. Agatha: violating conditions of release, aggravated criminal mischief and two counts conspiracy to commit crime.
    Francis A. Murray Jr., 57, Bridgewater: attempted murder, aggravated assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, domestic violence reckless conduct, and obstructing report of a crime. Also, violating conditions of release and violation of protection order.
    Rick C. McKenzie, 28, Mapleton: criminal OUI and operating after revocation.
    Mark Theriault, 44, Sinclair: unlawful sexual contact.
    Aaron D. Schmidt, 41, Mars Hill: gross sexual assault, violating conditions of release and sexual abuse of a minor.
    Daniel S. Rockhold, 19, Van Buren: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Dwight Fowler II, 28, Scottsville, N.Y.: aggravated assault.
    Zachary L. Smith, 20, Caribou: stealing drugs and endangering the welfare of a dependant person.
    Bonnie L. Sarmiento, 47, Woodland: two counts theft by deception and two counts negotiating a worthless instrument.
    Jean Bragdon, 34, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and criminal OUI.
    Eli W. Doucette, 19, Fort Kent: theft and burglary.
    Raymond Meng, 21, Fort Kent: theft and burglary.
    Brenda M. Rossignol, 28, Fort Kent: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Mark Saucier, 22, Fort Kent: two counts burglary and theft.
    Joseph A. Engebretson, 30, Fort Kent: stealing drugs.
