MEAN MULCHING MACHINES — Participants in Monticello’s Fun Days didn’t let a little rain stop their fun over the weekend as crowds gathered to participate and watch the family-oriented activities held as part of the town’s annual summer celebration. In the popular Lawn Mower Obstacle Course Rally Saturday at the Fish and Game Club, racers Andy Lynds, left, of Monticello and Phil Bradstreet of Bridgewater “put the pedal to the metal” in friendly competition.
