    PRESQUE ISLE – The following cases were among those heard in District Court in Presque Isle during the month of May, 2008:
    Gilles Michaud, 58, St. Leonard, N.B.: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
    Brandon J. Mills, 19, Presque Isle: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.     Reed Moody, 18, Presque Isle: passing a stopped school bus, $250 fine.
    Andreanna Munson, 21, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
    Jeffrey W. Nickerson, 46, Mars Hill: protective order from harassment violation, $500 fine.
    Northern Maine Transport LLC., Mars Hill: three counts rule violation – other, $500 fine each.
    Pauline Ouellette, 54, Caribou: probation violation, 14 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
    Jaime Owens, 27, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized use of property, $250 fine, $722.95 restitution.
    Jerry A. Paul II, 19, Presque Isle: furnishing liquor to a minor, dismissed; minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Kiley E. Pelletier, 22, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Scott A. Plourde, 22, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, $300 fine.
    Rachel J. Poulin, 26, Ashland: permitting unlawful use, $250 fine.
    Darlene J. Ruest, 39, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked – OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, one-year license suspension; theft by receiving stolen property, 15 days in jail.
    Jayme D. Scanlin, 43, Easton: allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
    Benjamin T. Sirois, 22, Presque Isle: theft by taking or transfer, $200 fine, $200 restitution.
    Scott A. Smith, 40, Sanford: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
    Allison J. Soucier, 38, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $400 fine.
    Marcus B. Spear, 18, Fort Fairfield: operating ATV under 18 without headgear, 20 hours community service.
    Erik S. St. Peter, 20, Mapleton: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
    Matthew D. Steele, 21, Easton: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed with $100 cost.
    Bradford Stevens, 51, Presque Isle: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
    Douglas H. Tardiff, 47, Gorham: failing to operate snowmobile at prudent speed, $100 fine.
    Jared D. Thompson, 19, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
    Peter L. Tilley, 38, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked – prior, filed with $200 cost.
    Keith I. Tingley III, 22, Caribou: criminal mischief, $250, $59 restitution.
    Chad Warren Tompkins, 37, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $200 fine.
    Dylan P. Tompkins, 20, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $100 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Christopher Tracy, 19, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, $29.99 restitution.
    Matthew Turner, 18, Crouseville: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    James S. Valiante, 26, Linneus: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
    Marcel Veilleux, 38, Saint Perpetue De L’Islet, Quebec: fish violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
    Marie A. Williamson, 21, Dover-Foxcroft: OUI, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
    Mandy Wright, 23, Fort Fairfield: harassment, not guilty.
    Rodney York Jr., 33, Westfield: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days jail, 18-month license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked – prior, fined $750; allowing dog to be at large, $100 fine; keeping unlicensed dog, $100 fine; violating rabies prevention chapter 720, $100 fine.
