To the editor:
I agree with Joseph St. Peter. I have been looking for a windmill for my home. I have 25 acres and enough wind to run my home. I would like to find a grant that would help me. I can't find any. Can't afford to buy outright, but I'd pay reasonable payments until it was paid for. It's a shame that Maine doesn't help the people in northern Maine. I think the governor doesn't care about what goes on here. If he did, he'd help us become independent.
I'd love to be the first to make a statement and put up a windmill.
