    HOULTON – The following cases were heard in Houlton District Court during the months of October and November, 2008.
    Justin T. McClure, 20, Calais: assault, dismissed.
    Tyler McCluskey, 24, Smyrna: violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
    Alan Ray McLean, 22, Littleton: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year probation.
    Inez L. McLean, 54, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Colen McNally, 43, Sherman: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; domestic violence assault, dismissed; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Clinton Michaud, 19, Crystal: assault, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Robert S. Michaud, 20, Fort Kent: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.    
    Helen E. Moran, 43, Houlton: harassment by telephone, dismissed.
    Joseph J. Moran, 41, Houlton: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 180 days in jail with all suspended and one year probation; violating condition of release, 180 days in jail with all suspended and one year probation; and domestic violence terrorizing, 180 days in jail with all suspended and one year probation.
    James E. Nason, 34, Houlton: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Patrick L. Nelson, 33, First Nation, N.B.: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine and eight hours in jail; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, $200 fine.
    Michael Nickerson, 19, Oakfield: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine.
    Craig Omeara, 55, Merrill: disorderly conduct, dismissed.

    Joel M. Pisarek II, 21, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; operating vehicle without license (two counts), $250 (each).

    Christopher Richardson, 30, Brewer: violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first) and 180 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended (second); and violating protective order, 180 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended.
