The Lady Tigers hosted Van Buren Friday night, demolishing the Crusaders 73-23, obtaining a 20-point lead at the half. Amanda Hotham put in 24 total points as the Tigers jumped ahead 56-17 at the end of the third. Hotham’s additional 12 rebounds, coupled with 11 points by Whitney Clark and nine by Courtney Churchill extends the Lady Tigers undefeated status.

In their away game against Wisdom on Thursday, the Lady Tigers took a 30-point lead at the half and didn’t look back, stomping the Pioneers in a 51-21 victory. Hotham led Fort Fairfield with 16 points, shooting over 50 percent from the free throw line. Brooke Beaulieu’s 10 points and Amber Forsman’s six added to the Tigers’ score.
Hotham was all over the court last Tuesday as the Lady Tigers went up against Hodgdon and won 42-30. But the 12-point win was gradual as Fort Fairfield only led 9-7 going into the second quarter and 22-17 at the half. It was a four-point game as both teams started the final eight minutes, but the Lady Tigers broke away, scoring 13 points in the fourth to seal the win over the Lady Hawks.
Hotham finished the night with 16 points and 12 rebounds. Kaitlyn McLaughlin put in 10 points while Clark contributed a 3-point goal for the Tigers.
In the 75-48 blowout over Wisdom, Fort Fairfield’s Travis Noyes put in a game-high 30 points last Thursday. The Tigers lead 37-22 at the half and while Wisdom struggled to keep up, Fort Fairfield was busy making shot after shot. Matt Cresenzo put away 18 additional points for the Tigers and Doug Sharpe and Andrew Forsman both put in five.
The Tigers beat Van Buren on the road 57-43 on Jan. 20. Behind after the first, Fort Fairfield quickly came back, leading by 11 at the half. In the following quarters, Tiger athletes Josh Booth, Austin Dufour and Cresenzo came alive with Booth leading Fort in a team-high of 15 points, including three 3-point goals.
