WASHBURN — Do you feel stressed out and don’t know why? Are you looking for ways to balance work, home, family and other stressful situations? Women, Work and Community (WWC) is offering a stress management workshop on Friday, Feb. 27, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Washburn Memorial Library. Learn how negative thinking directly affects your stress level. Identify your own personal stressors and develop a plan to manage your stress more effectively.
