Boycott, not tea party, will send message

To the editor:
I wonder if your readers have been keeping track of the gas prices since last year? I have and it really outrages me. I don’t understand why more people are not. What we ought to do is boycott these companies!     This summer we are going to have a shortage on gas. We have a lot of gas here but they will claim that there is not much. This is just an excuse for them to raise the price again and again!
Like today I took my son to school and the price went up .03 cents. It does not sound like much but in the long run, you do the math. What reason was there for raising the price? There hasn’t been any oil spill or anything. Every time you watch the news, no matter what channel, you hear of companies getting bailed out. That money is your money — the taxpayers. I don’t know about you but I am tried of it! How much more is the taxpayer have to suffer?
Just like the organization (Tea Party Tax Protesters) that is fighting against taxes. I don’t blame them. You watch this summer your taxes will go up. We the people are tired of being picked on. Come on people do you care? If so, let’s send a signal that it stops now! Write to your elected leaders. Call them and tell them how unsatisfied you are and that you want something done. One person cannot do this alone, it takes all of us.
There will be people out there who will say I don’t know what I am saying but I do I listen to people and watch the news not only here but around the world. Remember what happens elsewhere happens here and vice versa.
