The ‘Wedding Singer,” Doug Anderson, accompanied by Juanita Goetz on the accordion, sang the story of a large Swedish wedding, listing all the guests by name.
Rev. Gordon Compton, as Dr. Fine, attends to his patient, Gunner Bondeson, who aptly supplied the audience with very imaginative and convincing sound effects.
Ole and Lena, (Finn Bondeson and Emily Anderson) once again kept their straight faces and never lost their Swedish accents, as they retold the story of their adventure to purchase chickens. The pair, both seniors this fall at Caribou High School, performed this skit at the CHS Junior Exhibition this spring. The script was written by Bondeson’s mother, Kristine.
“I’ve got your picture,” (or records). Rita Olson gave up a tribute to Patsy Cline, as she pantomimed to the raspy voiced singer.

Sven Bondeson, trying to get his paperwork in order, was Master of Ceremonies at the recent Comedy Night/Dinner Theatre held at the Stockholm Legion. The evening featured French cuisine and an opening act, that will have locals talking for some time to come.
The “Transplants,” Ralph and Mary Small, entertained the full house at the Stockholm American Legion July 3, with their take on relocating to Stockholm and the “not so simple life.”
