Goodall, Quinton G., 65, July 19, 2009.  Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home, Island Falls.  Interment was held in the Oakfield Cemetery.
PATTEN – Quinton G. Goodall, 65, died July 19, 2009, at his home. He was born Oct. 10, 1943, in Oakfield, the son of Gerald and Beulah (Emmett) Goodall.
    He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving during Vietnam. He retired from the Bangor Police Department after 20 years, 18 years with Penobscot Sheriff's Department and three years with the Lincoln Police Department.
    He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Linda (Richard) Goodall of Patten; one daughter, Darcelle "Darcy" Peters of Hampden; three grandchildren, Heather Peters, Whitney Conary and Jerry M. Conary; four great-grandchildren, Riley Lynn Sibley, Jacob Daniel Adams, Kadince Marie Chamberlain and Audryanna Perry; two brothers, Vaughn Goodall of Fredericksburg, Va., and Vern Goodall of Littlestown, Pa.; one sister, Mildred Speck of Concord, Calif.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
    Friends called 9-11 a.m. Friday at Stetson Memorial United Methodist Church, Patten, where a funeral service was held at 11 a.m. with David Dyrenforth, Steven Richardson and Bob Carlson officiating. Interment was at Oakfield Cemetery. Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home, Island Falls.
