PRESQUE ISLE – The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of June, 2009.
Kevin McLellan, 19, Scarborough: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
Donald H. Michaud Jr., 43, Presque Isle: misuse of E-9-1-1 system and trafficking in dangerous knives, five days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.
Leah-Ann E. Michaud, 29, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $200 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Joseph A. Miller, 21, Eliot: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Angel Montes, 22, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 24 days in jail.
James O. Nesbitt, 65, Presque Isle: failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Heather Ouellette, 24, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $250 fine (each).
Jason Ouellette, 29, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, fighting, $150 fine.
Keshia R. Ouellette, 19, St. John, Plantation: operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, $200 fine; and minor transporting liquor, $100 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Robert J. Ouellette, 48, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $400 fine and 24 hours in jail.
Joshua P. Parent, 23, Limestone: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Debra J. Poulin, 49, Ashland: fish violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
Premier Concrete Construction, Wilton, N.H.: rule violation, operating without duty record, $500 fine.
Shawn A. Robinson, 38, Presque Isle: failure to register vehicle, $100 fine; and operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Matthew T. Rochford, 22, Fort Fairfield: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
