In front of Carol’s Country Yarns, Carol Horner and Joe Fagnant display the intricate stitches of Josephine “Jo” Holmes’ hand-knit afghan to be raffled off to benefit the Houlton Community Arts Center. The afghan is in the window at 61 Main Street in downtown Houlton. Raffle tickets are $1 each or $5 for six tickets.
