CARIBOU – On Wednesday, Nov. 11 at 2 p.m., a special ceremony will be held to recognize the 20th anniversary and Veterans’ day at the Maine Veterans’ Home in Caribou. Administrator Mark McKenna is hosting the event, which is open to the public. There will be several speakers, including Brig. Gen. Brent M. Boyles, Assistant Adjutant General for the Maine Army National Guard.
