Seventeen-year-old Lydia Kieffer shows off the 902 lb. moose she recently shot this fall just west of Caribou. It took only one shot with a 270 Winchester Short Magnum. She was joined on the hunt by her father, Rob; her grandfather, Leo Kieffer; her uncle, Dave Hentosh; and family friend Randy Swafford. Lydia is a junior at Caribou High School.
