    Houlton – Muriel G. Martin, 79 of Houlton passed away suddenly at Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford on November 19, 2009.
    She was born on August 27, 1930 to Donald and Margretta Bragdon and was educated in Kennebunk.
    Muriel worked in the Kennebunk Shoe Shops for most of her adult life. She also worked at Shawmut Inn for many years.
    She was predeceased by her brother, David L. Bragdon. She is survived by her children, David Brown and his wife Inam of Colorado Springs, CO; Donna Berthiaume and her husband Al of Lyman, ME; Mike Brown and his wife Barbara of Lyman, ME; Debbie Hale and her husband Jeff of Lynnville, TN; Bill Brown and his wife Nancy of Standish; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
    She was loved very much by all who had the pleasure of knowing her and will be greatly missed. There will be no services.
