    Presque Isle’s first USCF rated tournament was played at UMPI on Oct.17, with 10 players competing. Roger Morin of Houlton, top left, played Roger Hardison, while Josha Burden plays Ray Haines, second from top left and at bottom left, Tim Walker plays Richard Fontinha and Lance Belongie, bottom left plays the youngest player, David Ngo of Houlton.
