Local students named to dean’s lists

    Several local college students have received recognition for the studies by being named to their respective dean’s lists.
    Two area students were named to the dean’s list at Thomas College in Waterville for the fall 2009 semester. The students are Ashlee McClure of Houlton and Paul Lovett of Stacyville.
    Laura Schools of Littleton was named to the dean’s list at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine for the fall semester. To be eligible for Dean’s list, a student must attain an average of 3.5 or better.
