The Houlton Recreation Department and Healthy Aroostook will be cosponsoring the first ever Senior Wellness Day. It will be held on Tuesday, March 30 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Houlton Recreation Center. This free event is open to the general public and was developed to share a variety of wellness activities for the senior population.
Some of the participants will be Cooperative Extension, Aroostook Area Agency on Aging, Houlton Police Department, Cary Library, Cyr Bus Tours, and much more.
There will also be a giveaway each hour and demonstrations/ participation sessions
Such as yoga, Wii Fitness and Wii Sport, and more.
