Inspired by County soldier’s visit

    When Sgt. Brian McQuade came to visit our sixth-grade house, he inspired me. He talked about when he was on patrol with his platoon.
    He told us a story when he almost stepped on a wild boar. He also showed us pictures of war torn Iraq.
    At the end of his presentation, he gave the American flag that flew over camp Tashi, Iraq. The flag is hanging on the wall of Presque Isle Middle School.
