    WINNING the men’s gross division at the June 5 C-A-N-C-E-R golf tournament were Shawn Doyen, Reid McGlinn, Aaron Keirstead and Tim Belden.

    C-A-N-C-E-R (Caring Area Neighbors for Cancer Education & Recovery) held its 11th annual golf tournament at the Presque Isle Country Club, June 5. Taking first in the men’s net division were, from left: Mike Calabrese, Lou Calabrese, Bob Eager and John Cole.

    PLACING FIRST in the women’s net division at the C-A-N-C-E-R golf tournament, June 5, were, from left: Mileah Brown, Darlene Higgins, Louise Calabrese and Flo Siruno. In spite of pouring rain throughout the day, 27 four-person teams from Presque Isle, Caribou, Fort Fairfield, Mapleton, Mars Hill, Ashland and Portage participated.
