Food pantry assistance

Rent-A-Center in Houlton will be collecting non-perishable food items for the Southern Aroostook Pantry Thursday and Friday at its North Road location. As an additional perk, customers will receive one, two or three weeks free rental on all new rental agreements with one paid week. Those that bring in one canned food item will receive one free week, while those with two items receive two and three items receive three weeks free.
