    HOULTON — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidences from Sunday, Nov. 14, to Saturday, Nov. 20.
Sunday, Nov. 14
    10:43 a.m. — Officer Calaman responded to Smyrna Street for a report of criminal mischief.
    11:01 a.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Elm Street for an animal complaint.
    12:52 p.m. — Officer Calaman responded to Court Street for a report of a suspicious person.
    6:06 p.m. — Cpl. Duff responded to High Street to assist a citizen.
Monday, Nov. 15
    8:10 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to North Street where he arrested Colleen Hoxis, 32, of Houlton on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
    8:23 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to Military Street where he arrested David Theriault, 28, of Presque Isle man for domestic assault, terrorizing and violating condition of release.
    8:50 a.m. — ACO Upton responded to Military Street for an animal complaint.
    10:29 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to First Street for a medical emergency.
    10:33 a.m. — Officer Collins responded to North Street for a theft complaint.
    11:12 a.m. — Det. Crandall responded to Morningstar Road for a motor vehicle accident.
    11:50 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to Court Street for a motor vehicle accident.
    1:44 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to North Street for a disorderly conduct complaint.
    2:18 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to High Street for a burglary/theft complaint.
    3:50 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to High Street to serve a subpoena.
    4:32 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to Sunnyside Street to serve a restraining order.
    8:04 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Hovey Road to serve a restraining order.
