Car accident rescue appreciated

To the editor:
Last Friday, I was involved in a car accident on the County Road. My car hit a patch of black ice, slid off the road and into a ditch and rolled over onto its top. I’ve never been so scared in my life. I didn’t know what to do, so I started screaming and then I heard the voices of several men telling me it’s OK, to stay calm and they would get me out. And they did just that. They stayed with me, called 9-1-1 and kept my cat and I warm and comfortable until the ambulance arrived.
It is so nice to know there are still people out there who care enough to help a complete stranger. So to Larry Suitter and the other men, who I still don’t know their names, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I truly appreciate it.
